The location of this hotel is great for those wanting to explore the area. It's close to shops, just a 10-minute walk away, making it convenient for any last-minute purchases. it's near the Motorpoint Arena, perfect for catching a show without having to travel far. the rooms are clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay. the staff are friendly and go above and beyond, offering assistance with carrying baggage and providing helpful amenities like milk and nappy bags for those with babies.
The hotel could improve on its customer care skills. In one review, a female guest with a disability felt neglected and judged when staff directed her to a dark and dingy entrance late at night.

Located near the arena, making it perfect for events. Great value for money with comfortable and clean rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The location felt unsafe for walking to and from the hotel in the evening. There were no restaurants or shops nearby, so we had to rely on the hotel restaurant for food.
